Challenge
PPB wanted someone who could make experienced recommendations and be hands-on to help deliver them.
PPB had already decided to run their digital marketing in-house. They wanted to understand the efficiency of their marketing operations and where it could be improved to produce better results.

Solution
Our evaluation was carried out through team interviews, in-platform research and technology vendor meetings.
We evaluated five key areas of their business: Personnel, Technology, Media, Creative and Measurement/Attribution. The Media evaluation was completed across Social, Display, Mobile and Video.

Results
PPB has continued to engage Canton on range of projects from technology installation to training to future ideation.
We produced a final assessment report to detail our findings with recommendations and presented it to the PPB marketing team. Our roadmap gave PPB the directions to uplift their marketing incrementally.
